What doesn't make sense is that I was about 2-3 kilos over as well but I only had one suitcase. So if I have brought in a second suitcase, put only 2kg of stuff in it I wouldn't be fined. Now does this make *any* sense??It's obviously a "pain-in-the-ass" fine that has nothing to do with safety.
