Adjust International Time Differences Due To Early Daylight Savings in US

The US Congress decided to begin daylight savings time (DST) here three weeks early but much of the world hasn’t switched to DST just yet. For the next (about) three weeks you should subtract an hour to the current difference. For example, Zurich which is normally 6 hours ahead of the American east coast is now -1 = 5 hours ahead. This works for those overseas too, simply subtract one hour.

You can find out when the specific country you have in mind will switch over the DST by looking at this chart or you can just download the Firefox plugin FoxClocks.
