A friend sent this to me and I decided to pass it along, the details are posted below. Those of you in college may want to see if you can lock in a spot for the summer.

Do you speak Arabic, Farsi, Malay, Turkish, or Urdu? Are you interested in an exciting part-time job working with and training federal law enforcement?

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in criminal justice, law enforcement, government work, or just a thrilling departure from the norm. No prior experience needed, and starting pay is at least $20-$25/hour.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen of 18 years or older
  • Lawful Permanent Resident
  • Must pass basic background check (takes just one to two
    weeks)
  • Must speak one the following languages: Arabic, Farsi,
    Malay, Turkish, or Urdu

Temporary Solutions Inc. (TSI) is looking for qualified individuals who are needed to be Training Specialists (Role Players) for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Academy, in Quantico VA (about 30 minutes South of Washington DC on I-95). Role Players will generally assist FBI instructors training new agents in various techniques and skills pertinent to their job; these include surveillance, counter-surveillance, interview/interrogation, small-group tactics, arrest/detention techniques etc.

More specifically, the FBI is looking to establish specialized training using authentic Middle Eastern languages and cultures. This training package will seek to simulate the reality of these communities, and instruct new agents how to respectfully and effectively interact with them.

If you are interested or know someone who might be interested, please contact Beth Downing at (703) 490-4622, or e-mail to [email protected].
