Looking? around for travel deals (at good sites like Farecast or FareCompare) all day at your desk can be taxing on your back and the rest of your joints.

Scirocco Take A Break is a little program that sits in the Windows task bar and reminds you to get up at intervals you specify. Ok, so you might be on a roll when your 45 minute break comes around, you can hit the “remind” button (also configurable) and get another nudge in 10 minutes.

The plane is bad enough, don’t get swollen feet looking for bargains. Take A Break is a free download. Of course, there is always the option of shutting off your computer too.
