Controlling Bridge Fears

The collapse of Minnesota’s I-35W bridge highlights some of the fears many drivers have of large bridges. Jennifer Huget has a good list of tips for controlling your anxiety as you that architectural masterpiece.

Control your breating – Ratner says that a typical behavior during an anxiety attack is to stop breathing or to breathe too rapidly, either of which can make you feel weak, clammy and panicky.

The other advice is sound – but the best one I think is to let someone else drive ;)
