The United States and England are both considered endemic surveillance societies in this year’s report.

You can compare it to the 2006 edition. Do weak privacy protections and ridiculous security measures keep tourists away? Tourism is down 17% to the US, 1% to the UK, and 10% to China amid a global travel boom.
