I would give them a call and complain. It’s been 3 months but they might be particularly sensitive to religious issues.

An answer coming in a post this week! One of the most effective things is to talk to a supervisor *and* call the airlines while you’re waiting. Be persistent, don’t let up, and don’t let them ignore you no matter how much they try!

Sounds good, but the employees just weasel out of their responsibility by saying they can’t do a damn thing about it. How do you fight that? =/
