Steve …. add Austia to your 16 YOA list. I was just there and saw signs in resturants in Vienna in May. Also FYI, please note that in some of the bigger cities in India. Delhi. (especially at the more upscale hotels) I saw posted 25! Your passport is your picture ID.

It was previously 18 and was raised to 20 in March of 2007. That being said, many bars don’t care as long as you look old enough and don’t cause any trouble you can get served. This doesn’t apply to the clubs in tourist areas or upscale clubs who will ask you to provide proof that you’re over 20.
