I’ve tried the designs myself but still can’t form a good shamrock. Wish they had shown that trick in the video as well.

I think the annoying US dude contrasts the relaxed Irish guy. Like most visitors I tried Guinness in Ireland and the pouring does seem to be an artform. I couple that I had in different parts were quite artistic in their patterns on top. I went for Canada’s national drink called a Bloody Caesar this month (http://www.travel-wonders.com/2009/09/drinks-bloody-caesar-cocktail-canada.html).
