i suggest you go to “Ali Kamal Mosque” when u come back to Sulaymaniyah its more artistically designed, located in east Sulaymaniyah (+35° 34′ 1.79″, +45° 27′ 24.79″)..

We didn’t go inside and just sat in the courtyard where people were praying as well. It didn’t look open to the public outside of daily prayers.
