i visited olu deniz last year i love it and must go back
so much to do and see
I have had thoughts that i would like to retire there

Turkey’s home but was fortunate to spend many months in Fethiye two years back 🙂 It’s very close to many other fascinating places to visit as you mention – great photos, thanks for sharing!

Great post.

Not a lot of bloggers seem to go to Turkey or this area but I love it. I normally stay in Ovacik in the mountains on the way to Olu Deniz. Cooler then Fethiye and also a good spot to travel to local places.

Love Kaya Koy and last time I went I did a walk through Kaya Koy over the mountain and down to the Blue Lagoon (Olu Deniz). A great walk with terrific views you must try it next time. Take a camera. It takes over 3 hrs and in all that time we only saw 2 other couples doing the walk.
