Far from spectacular. Amid the wicked world of self promotion that Tapon enjoys, is there perhaps some grain of integriry, even a little insight? We hoped for it. We looked for it. But this book is trily awful, a tirade of prejudice, a North American so oddly out-of-place in another world. So uncomfortable to read. We are a little group of Tapon fans, who hiked the Tapon hike, dreamt the Tapon dream. His Europe book is dismal beyond belief.
