Thank you for promoting our cuisine and want to add one little note – the eggplant Satsivi doesn’t exist… As you listed, there’s eggplants with walnuts and Satsivi is Turkey or Chicken in boiled walnut sauce (because there is fresh walnut sauce, which is bazhe). The dish you have presented is just smashed eggplants with walnut and spices 🙂 Thanks
