I can imagine any negative effects are accelerated if you fly as much as your previous career required.

I have spent the past few years working as a flight attendant (I have just stopped thank goodness!) But for some time now have been exploring the negative impact on your health that flying so often can have on you, it’s great to see some more information & resources around this.
