What happens if there’s a draw (like in the case of Amsterdam and Perast)?
I’m just asking because I’d love to see Perast take up at least one more challenge! I absolutely adored that little piece of Heaven! 😀

In reply to Julio. It's hard to regulate the votes and it wouldn't be very democratic to do so :) Little cities though often get an enthusiastic following that larger ones have a more difficult time building. Every year it's really unpredictable, my favorite part.
