I looked those flights up and none of them were caused by a meteorite.  Egypt 804 was a fire on board from pilot&#039;s cigarette, Swissair 111 was a faulty wiring above the cockpit that ignited flammable insulation, and Qantas QF30 was caused by an oxygen cylinder inside the plane that exploded.]]></description>

Qantas QF30 made an emergency landing in Manila with 366 souls and a gaping hole in fuselagen on 25/7 2008. Eveyone onboard survived]]></description>
