Glad you enjoyed the book. I’m actually posting an interview with Matt tomorrow and asked him the same question. His average work day is about 4-5 hours. There’s a recent interview on another blog with him where he breaks down the details of a typical day.

I did a search and couldn’t find it (sorry) but perhaps he or someone else reading this can point you in the right direction.
