Hack Your Brain By Switiching Toothbrush Hands

By using your non-dominant hand to perform common tasks such as brushing your teeth, you can stimulate the growth of new brain cells. I’ve tried this and it does take me a bit longer to get my pearly whites clean, so this is best done on the weekends or at the hotel while on vacation.
