You can find specific information on any of the countries I’ve written about, organized by region, in the list below. Also, in the map underneath, I’ve done my best to document many of the places I’ve eaten and have stayed at since I began blogging. I haven’t written about every place I’ve been so if you don’t see something you’re looking for here, feel free to email me any specific questions you may have or use the search box above.

General Advice
I just stumbled onto you blog whilst looking for information about extending layovers without having to pay for stop overs. I notice you have not visited the Caribbean yet. A lot of islands are independent countries so you can add to your number. The Caribbean is very safe. I look foreward to reading about your adventures.
Definitely a region of the world on my list, I just haven’t made it there… yet!
Turkey is not in Europe! No matter how badly they want to be part of Europe, they are not! Put it in the Asia category.
5% of it is physically in Europe – but it’s really in both right – culturally and physically.

Right, there is a Hagia Sophia in Trabzon, but your picture shows another one…
Anyway, ambitious project, good luck !
I went with the lesser known one in Istanbul 😀
I’ve loved your blog for a long! BUT have just realised you haven’t yet visited Indonesia, I’m a big fan of Indonesia and realise there’s much more to it than just Bali.
I recently posted my first blog post about a few islands in Indonesia that aren’t Bali, you can find it here: [EDIT: link removed]
It would mean a lot if you’d check it out 😀
I’ll take a look, thanks!
