One walk into the courtyard of the Hotel San Miquel Arcangel and you’ll be overpowered by how impressive this moderately priced place is. The rooms are large and clean while the courtyard and pool lend to the inviting ambiance of the entire hotel. There are two outdoor lounge areas, one on the first floor by the pool, and the second just above it on the upper level. There is also free wireless in the hotel, however it does not extend to most of the rooms. Breakfast is also not provided but other than those two points, Hotel San Miguel Arcangel, in the middle of Izamal, is a great place to stay.
