What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The application only makes use of the IP address of a device when a user is submitting a password to be added to the wireless passwords map. The IP address is stored for a period of less than 48 hours in order to prevent duplicate or high volume spam entries.
User Provided Information
Users may submit passwords from airports they have traveled or are traveling in. The only data collected, aside from a corresponding IP address, is that entered by the user. User entries include network and lounge names, wireless passwords, and optional descriptions. This information submitted by a user is not associated with any personally identifiable information.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city or airport you are located within and display a location map. We do not share your current location with other users or partners.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about our practices, please contact us via email through the foXnoMad Contact Page.
