Reasons to Download Firefox 2.0
- Inline spell checking. So when you’re writing blogs for instance, you don’t look like a turd by spelling everything wrong.
- Every been typing something into a webpage, Myspace, or blog then have something crash or go wrong. It sucks right? Well Firefox 2.0 saves what you write as you write it, so even if you accidentally close your web browser, it’ll ask you the next time you open it.
- “Hey want to save that 10 page blog post?”
- “Um, yes. Thank you…”
- Also, Firefox 2.0 isn’t tied to the testicles of your operating system (like Internet Explorer). If some 15 year old high school hacks your favorite sports site, that just borks your Web browser. It doesn’t mean he can download tons of kiddie porn on to your computer and sell it to perverts in Taiwan.
Microsoft is forcing XP users to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 (which is a knock off of previous Firefox versions). If you run Windows, IE 7 will be in your next Windows update.
Download Firefox, it’s better. Trust me.

Bison Hunt
November is Native American Heritage Month.
The thoughtless massacre of the American Bison by white settlers killed to starve out the surrounding Native Americans.
The herds formed the basis of the economies of local Plains tribes of Native Americans for whom the bison were a primary food source; without bison, the Native Americans would be forced to leave or starve.
Bison were hunted almost to extinction in the 19th century and were reduced to a few hundred head by the mid-1880s, from which all the present day’s managed herds are descended. One major cause was that hunters were paid by large railroad concerns to destroy entire herds…

Gilbert Arenas Donates $100 For Every Point He Scores to Local Area Schools
Another reason to love Gilbert Arenas. Gilbert scored 25 (=$2,500) last night in a very frustrating overtime loss to the New Jersey Nets.
In case you’re wondering he donates the money for the points he scores in both home and away games. For games he doesn’t play in for some reason (injury, etc.) he gives $500.
I have a chance to actually give back in this life,” Arenas said. “When my career is over, I want people to remember me for what I did off the court as well as what I did on the court.

As if that wasn’t enough, the Wizards owner (Abe Pollin ) is matching every dollar Gilbert donates.
Impressed by the gesture of the young player, the Wizards owners matched the offer and chose another 41 schools for the away games.
