The hotel itself is a good concept of luxury that doesn’t quite deliver. Rooms are cheaply made, the front staff aren’t very helpful and for the price, there are better hotel options nearby. There is a buffet included with the room rate that is of average quality. The hotel also has a gym and spa, which are again, average. Free wifi is available and the signal is, you guessed it, average. Overall, The Park Hotel could be great but it falls short through poor execution too many times.
