This cafe sits above the Rembrandt Hotel in the Lipscani downtown area of Bucharest. It’s never too busy, except after the working day (around 4-5pm) and there are plenty of outlets to feed the free wifi if you’re there to get some work done. The prices for coffee are average for the area, which is a bit more expensive than other less-touristy parts of the city.
