Most certainly the two best parts of Harrah’s is the location and the food court inside. Otherwise the rooms are shabby, especially the older, un-renovated ones. The food court gives some options to eat that aren’t too over-priced and being right on the monorail line is a big advantage, particularly if you’re going to the Las Vegas Convention Center. I should also note most rooms lack spare power outlets. Harrah’s wouldn’t be my first choice on the Las Vegas strip but if the rates are lower enough compared to what’s nearby, it’s not an entirely bad choice.
