A very nice hotel that’s about a 10 minute walk from the major downtown site, the Hyatt Regency has a large working space on the main floor making it ideal for business travelers. The rates are expensive but if you use points accumulated with frequent flyer programs, the Hyatt Regency is a good option for this part of Chicago. There is free wifi throughout the building, a $20 breakfast buffet with a wide variety, coffee shop, and a slightly above average (hotel) gym.
