Alluc.org links to sites that host current movies, TV shows, music videos, and even sporting events. Much like PeekVid, except with a larger selection of programs including Heros. (It was actually an obsessed fan who sent me the link). Videos are streamed via GoFish and at full screen have good resolution and you won’t have to download anything. The only annoying thing is the ad that says, “you’ve won a free iPod Nano” when the page opens.
I’m not sure how any of this is legal, but Alluc says it is – either way this makes for great time wasting at the airport, school, or office. For harder to find TV shows from the 80s and UK, visit TV-Links.
Thanks Peaceluvbug!
No problem! It’s funny how much you discover while going to school overseas 🙂 … and yes, I AM obsessed, thank you very much! 😀
It’s a great help – it’s amazing how TV helps us feel connected when away from home.
Hell, I shoulda sent you all my links for media then… I got enough for a folder….
tv gooooooooooood 😀
Thats really cool. I finally found something that I can catch up on some of the old episodes of Tudors that I missed before. The thing that really annoyed me for a while since I moved to Jeddah from Montreal is that I cant see any of the shows I miss on the net and even on YouTube some networks place old episodes of some series I cant access them. With this its so helpful. Thanks for posting these info.
I’m glad you found the site useful. It’s getting easier to catch shows online, with Hulu for example, but with Alluc you can get almost any show. Have you tried using Hotspot Shield? It’s a free program that can help you access US-based websites that are blocked by firewall restrictions. Worth a shot if you’re interested:
