This Elite 8 is shaping up to be very competitive with Vienna quietly looking like it might be a real challenge to Romanian rule over the past two Best City Contests. Similarly right below in the brackets, Granada came from behind to surprise Barcelona in an Iberian battle. Where your collective votes will go this round is anyone’s guess but no city is going to advance easily.
You have until Sunday, March 22th 12:00pm US EST to vote in each of the match ups below. Those of you reading through email and RSS will have to click-through to this page to vote.
Keep in mind the Final Four of The Best City To Visit Travel Tournament begins next Tuesday, March 24th!
Boston vs San Fran, ahhh you can’t make me choose………..tough call
I know…but make the right call (Boston! Boston! Boston!) 😉 (0)
The campaigning has begun!
If you’re wondering why I nominated Tg. Jiu from of all the beautiful cities that Romania has, let me give you 2 reasons why I did it:
1. It is a very beautiful city, with cultural objectives at your feet, seriously!
2. If you don’t believe me, you can read my article from the Tg. Jiu city break I had a couple of weeks ago.
Tg jiu
Something tells me you’re going to be in Romania again 🙂
The remaining 3 cities might have something to say about it!
I nominated Tg-Jiu.
1. The wonderful parks that are located in our great works of sculptor Constantin Brancusi, Endless Column, Table of Silence and Kiss Gate, brilliant round out a quiet town, clean and welcoming.
