In case you’ve forgotten ~~the stolen~~ your Nokia cell phone’s security code, you can crack it here for free. I’ve checked the site, it’s safe and works – all you’ll need is the IMEI number inside the battery cover.

The Google Almanac gadget gives the sunrise and sunset times for each day. This useful and free download for your personalized Google page will come in handy during Ramadan, as Muslims break the fast at sundown.

The gadget also displays moon phases and how much longer (or shorter) the next day will be. Locations can be entered by zip code or US and international cities.

Russia is currently undergoing a population decline, so the governor of Ulanovsky is giving the people the day off to “work” on the problem.

Sergei Morozov wants couples to take the day off work to have sex. If a baby is born on national day, they will receive cars, TVs or other prizes.

The other baby-making initiatives seem to be working, the population has increased 4.5% over the last year.

Let’s hope the holiday is a trend.

Technically, the 9th month of the Islamic calendar began yesterday at sundown. Ramadan is considered a holy month in Islam and fasting is practiced for a variety of reasons. It ends October 13.

Fresh out of the Google Labs is Google Voice Local Search, the searching giant’s free directory service you can call or text for telephone numbers and addresses.

Dial 1-800-GOOG-411 or 1-800-466-4411 and do like a Google search and say “Giovanni’s Pizza” or “pizza”. To get the details sent to via text,say “text message” when you’re done.

Google can also help you find cheap gas and hack your next vacation. Those of you who use personalized Google theme pages can add foXnoMad to your RSS headline feeds.
