A very large memorial dedicated to the Azeri, Turkish, and British soldiers killed during Black January and the Nagorno-Karabakh War. I recommend making the steep walk up to see the row of tombstones (Martyr’s Lane), as well as the Eternal Fire Memorial. The views of Baku from the latter spot are also impressive. Entrance is free.
