The shisha (‘nargile’) here is about 16 TL, expensive but not overly so when compared to other places in the area. Mesale Cafe is a relaxing tea house open very late most evenings with whirling dervish shows after 6pm. The two drawbacks are the lack of wireless and alcohol but overall great ambiance for a smoke and tea.
