Scirocco Take A Break is a little program that sits in the Windows task bar and reminds you to get up at intervals you specify. Ok, so you might be on a roll when your 45 minute break comes around, you can hit the “remind” button (also configurable) and get another nudge in 10 minutes.
The plane is bad enough, don’t get swollen feet looking for bargains. Take A Break is a free download. Of course, there is always the option of shutting off your computer too.
I’ve finally got down what I want to do, fix up some code, and introduce you all to some new sites as well. That being said, posts will be a bit slow this week as I work on that, but next week on full throttle.? You’ll get better service, less CPU bullshit and more things to waste time on at work.
